Scouts Last meeting for Bears!!

Tonight was our official last night as Bears. :(

We had a really awesome helper this year as usual, Tina the janitor. She is so nice and loves the scouts, her boys were scouts when they were little. She always made sure we had a room to meet in and that we had everything we needed. She loves the kids and we love all her help. SO, Di and I came up with a neat gift for her. We decided that we could have the boys paint some flower pots and give them to her with some very pretty flowers in them. She loved them and is adding them to her others that we made her in Tiger scouts. I don't know what we would have done without her. Here are some pictures of the pots and boys.

This was the boys doing a team-work exercise. Lately we have had a lot of mean words being said and I had wanted them to learn what can be accomplished when they all work together.

They argued at first and then out of no where they learned if they work together and use nice words to each other they were able to lower the stick to the ground with out dropping it!!!!

Very proud and I hope they remember this lesson.
