Photo A Day

Well I have decided to do the photo a day project. After seeing what you are all doing it has made me want to do it. I have realized that the kids are growing really fast and I want to capture there every move and have here for the family to see. I am so excited. WISH me luck and let me know what you think of the pictures.

One Big Rant, Makes Me Really Mad

Okay, so I am just so mad right now at my cousin. She is pregnant and married but separated and with someone else. She is about 6months prego and told my aunt(her mom) that her doctor said it was okay to smoke pot while she is pregnant up until the last month of pregnancy. It wont hurt the baby and it will help her eat more and better.

What a crock of SH!T. IT upsets me so much because there are so many deserving families out there that cant have any or even add to there own family. Like my other aunt, or sister in law or myself even. I know I have three already but just the thought of being told I cant is so heart breaking rather than deciding on my own to not have more.

I am stuck in between rock and a hard place. I want to say something but what and when. If I do would it benefit the child or make the family resent me for butting in. I am very one sided when it comes to pregnancy and kids. They come first and foremost and if you choose drugs and alcohol over the safety of the kid you are worthless and don't deserve to have a blessing like that.
I cried when i heard this, all of scooters friends are having babies and here we are, not able to have any even if we thought we should.

ugh, this world, what is it coming to.

I am so DISAPPOINTED, and saddened.
Maybe she will read this and change her, hopefully its not to late.

Well for the most part we are feeling better. We went for a drive today and got out of the house. We were all feeling a little house cramped.








Travis and Mickey were playing around and found a secret place to hide. Apparently its not a hiding spot its a tank. And I wasnt suppose to find them or notice them. I love it when they find out ways to play and make believe. It shows there imaginative side.

Our Spring Break

Well our spring break is awful!!!!
Travis has a fever of 102 and both boys have the most horrible cough. Sam hasn't caught anything yet, thank goodness. I slept in the front room with travis and woke up with cold feet and a sore throat. :(
Took travis to the doctors and they said that he could have the temp for like 7 days. They dont think that he contagous to the rest of us. Weird i thought, but they are the doctors.
Hopefully we will be ready for the new week and school, travis doesnt want to miss any.

Well he does, he squeaks and giggles. its cute, I guess he didnt think so.

We are a little weird, I dont know of any other family finding ways to pass the time until bedtime like us. We turn ALL the lights out in the house and attack each other being sneaky like. Yes some of us may get hurt but its just to much fun, fun fun. No fists, just tickles and pinches and pushing.


Now sometimes once in a while the two oldest get mad at eachother for nothing and start to get really over pushy. Now I feel that in a safe enviornment they should be allowed to get out all there frustration and just beat the snot out of each other. We have rules, and i will stop it when i feel its enough.


Now tonight, they did just that and when they were all worn out they started talking about why they get so mad at eachother. They started using words and discussing there issues like humans!!! WOW!! I guess that they are getting old enough to learn to use words and then cool off. I mean they were laughing and playing nice again and not mad at each other anymore. I am so glad.


Tonight I took pictures of the insanity and it was funny how they turned out. All you would see is a blink then a gawd awful flash that was most blinding. I would love to hear what you all think and what you guys do. So please leave comments, no matter who you are. All are welcome here.

Okay, now here is the run down on our Easter. I was wondering about it after hearing from other families what they do. Some don't do Easter bunny, some egg hunt Saturday, some don't give baskets. So I began to question what we have always done.

After thinking about it I decided to ask the kids what they thought about Easter. I wanted to know if have ruined them or taught them. Well Sam talked about the Resurrection and the tomb. She went on about the 3 days and on the third day is when he rose up. Pretty good I thought. For not going to church all that much and discussing it at home. Now mickey said yes mom i know about the 3 days and the rise of Christ. My favorite part is the sunny day and finding eggs. Now i am alright with that answer, at least he knows the true meaning. Well Travis has never been to church and doesn't know that much about this world we live in and is just now talking and communicating. I will work on him all this year and get him ready for next year.

Our baskets usually hold a stuft animal that they like, a game for each or all together. Peeps, chocolate bunny, and jelly beans(Bunny poop) and plastic eggs that hold something they like. The basket and bunny stuff to us represent spring and the beginning of playing outside more often. They get yard games to play with and we hide the plastic eggs outside.
I am actually happy with all I found out this year, i love our traditions and am proud to know that my kids are well rounded.

Sams Birthday

Happy Birthday Sam!!

You are now 11, thats way to old for me. This means that she is going to be at Middle school this next year. That makes me sad.

This is Sponge Bob, I made this for her. She didnt want me to decorate the house very much or make a fuss. She thinks that she is to old for that. Pooh on her, I love to decorate and make a big fuss.

Here is Sarah, sam, and gabby. I have no idea why they all have there hands in there mouth, kinda funny. She got a lot of cloths, thank you everyone for that. She got money and a purse and wallet. She loved all that she got. I am so proud of her because if she got something she didnt want she never let on and said thank you and all the nice things.

We have way to much fun around here sometimes and some people think I am way crazy with what we do for fun. We had some spare toilet paper that was calling us to come out and play. At least we didnt go and TP your house.:)

Peacocks

We went after school yesterday and drove around to find something fun. We came across some peacocks, they are such interesting birds. I took some pictures and i know the quality isnt that good, sam was taking the pictures.

Our Trip to Ritner Creek Park

It was so nice and sunny,

I love this park, its clean and quiet.

Sword fighting, or light sabers not enitrely sure.

This park is one of our favorites to go to during the summer. We can play in the creek and find crawdads. Just wear repellant and we are good to go. We usuually bring some food to BBQ and just hang out for the day. If you get adventurous there are trails and somewhere near by there is a grove of trees that are refered to being similar with the valley of the giants-havent found it yet, but we are going to. It like a secret in the area or something i guess.

We had a blast and cant wait to go back when its warmer!!!
